Copasir “which, as usual, never expresses political evaluations on the activity of parliamentarians, confirms that it has initiated the usual information procedures envisaged, pursuant to Law 124/2007, regarding the activity that would have been carried out, as emerges from press reports , by the lawyer Antonio Capuano towards some diplomatic representations present in our country on issues relating to national security ». This was announced by the president of Copasir, Adolfo Urso. Capuano, Matteo Salvini’s adviser, worked on organizing the Northern League leader’s trip to Moscow.

Copasir will also meet tomorrow with the hearing of the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council on information and publishing matters, Senator Giuseppe Moles, as part of the investigation into foreign forms of disinformation and interference, also with reference to hybrid threats and cybernetic in nature.
