SBA Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SBAC) (“SBA” or the “Company”) today announced that long-term industry veteran, Jason Silberstein, Executive Vice President, Site Leasing will retire from
his current title and role effective August 1, 2024.
Succeeding Mr. Silberstein will be Donald Day. Mr. Day has been with SBA for 13 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Services. We are also pleased to announce that Nichole Thomas,
currently the Company’s Vice President, Site Development Services, will transition into the role previously held by Mr. Day. The appointments of Mr. Day and Ms. Thomas will each become effective on
August 1, 2024.
