Scicli, 20, dives into the sea with two friends but does not return to shore

Scicli (RAGUSA) – Research is underway for a boy who took a swim in the sea this afternoon in the Bruca beach, adjacent to Cava d’Aliga, a seaside village of Scicli (Rg). The young man, a twenty-year-old, was in the company of two Italians, a boy and a girl of his age, when he plunged into the sea. While the two friends have returned to shore, there are no more traces of the boy. On site the carabinieri, the Port Authority, the fire brigade, an ambulance and the local police. A phone call to 1530 for the emergency at sea alerted the men of the Port Authority of Pozzallo who triggered the search operations.
