The project involves intervention in 25 road sections with 2.3 km of road distributed in the neighborhoods: La Esperanza, Primero de Mayo, Villa Rocío, El Nogal, La Primavera (Altos del Cacique), Provivienda, El Gaván, Covisedca and Ciudadela El Carmen .
The Government of Casanare is advancing in the paving of dispersed urban roads in the municipality of Yopal. There are 43 sections of road that will have intervention, distributed in Communes I, II, III, IV and V, with a total length of 4.2 kilometers that will be built on rigid pavement.
The project includes paving and complementary works in 17 neighborhoods of the Casanareña capital: Comfacasanare, La Floresta, Provivienda, San Martín, Primero de Mayo, Covisedca, Villas del Prado, El Remanso, La Primavera (Altos del Cacique Sector), Villa Rocío , El Oasis, El Gaván, Ciudadela El Carmen, Bicentenario, Los Andes, El Nogal and La Esperanza.
In a previous visit by the Secretary of Infrastructure, Álvaro Rivera Contreras, a tour was carried out with the community of the La Esperanza neighborhood, where the paving works are about to be completed, according to the established schedule.
To date, a total of 2.3 kilometers of road have been intervened, distributed in 25 road segments located in the neighborhoods: La Esperanza, Primero de Mayo, Villa Rocío, El Nogal, La Primavera (Altos del Cacique), Provivienda, El Gaván , Covisedca and Ciudadela El Carmen; This intervention is equivalent to 58% of the contracted sections. Of the 25 sections intervened, 10 road segments totaling 1 km, of the projected 4.23 km, are already at pavement level; These already paved roads are located in the La Esperanza, Primero de Mayo and Villa Rocío neighborhoods.
The project continues its execution, advancing in the opening of work in new segments, as well as in the installation and spreading of rigid concrete to leave intervened roads at pavement level in the neighborhoods: Covisedca, La Primavera, El Nogal, Provivienda, Ciudadela El Carmen and El Gaván.
