The 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the Communist Party of China decided on the 23rd to authorize the State Council to carry out pilot projects for real estate tax reform in some regions. The real estate tax in the pilot areas is subject to various types of real estate such as “residential use” and “non-residential use”, and the trial period is 5 years.

Just a few days before the CCP decided to start a pilot real estate tax reform, it was circulated on the mainland Weibo that on October 15, a mysterious landlord in Shanghai sold 93 houses at one time, located in the Gongfangpucheng community near Lujiazui, Pudong. As there were too many buyers, the police maintained order at the scene, and finally the landlord asked for the payment of the house in one lump sum.

Under such harsh payment conditions, all 93 suites were sold out within a day, and the landlord cashed out 450 million yuan.

Obviously it is not a simple figure.” Some netizens also questioned, “This mysterious landlord is the Prophet of Chunjiang Plumbing Duck. Knowing that a real estate tax will be levied, so the real estate is sold at one time.”

All 93 suites are gone in one day

On October 25, many Chinese media such as “Daily Business News” and “China Business News” all refuted the rumors that the relevant news was not true. Shanghai area companies, the reason for selling these properties has nothing to do with the real estate tax pilot.

“China Business News” quoted a house visitor in Pucheng District as saying that these houses were “old and broken small” completed in 1993, but the location was good, with an average price of 85,000 per square meter, and all the houses were looted on the same day. Light, and she didn’t grab the house.

Another visitor said: “Many people think that this place will be demolished in the future, which is a good investment target, and some people think that the location is good, the total price is low, and the transportation is convenient if you live in it.”

According to the report, in fact, the real owner of this batch of houses is the Suzhou-Shanghai regional company under the real estate developer Shimao Group. The reason for selling these properties has nothing to do with the real estate tax trial.

Netizens asked: The truth is really that simple?

In response to the rumors of the Chinese Communist Party’s media, many mainland netizens did not buy it and asked, “The truth is really so simple?”

Some netizens posted on Weibo mockingly said: “I didn’t know much about it at first, but the last sentence gave me a clear answer-it has nothing to do with the absence of real estate tax.”

Some netizens also said that in the past, wealthy people stocked houses without real estate tax. “Now we common people have been struggling for a house almost all of their lives. Suddenly they have to pay real estate tax. Rich people who own a lot of real estate sell their stocked houses to avoid real estate. I found that the tax has risen by 100 times, but the people who have no money are paying the bottom.”

This is obviously the news that the property tax is about to be announced, and the sale is carried out before the official announcement of the information to avoid being stuck. Operation.”

Ning Xiaoyan also said, “It is meaningless to refute rumors. Which department can supervise Review?”
