The 4th China International Consumer Goods Expo is set to kick off in Hainan Province with the theme of “Sharing Open Opportunities and Creating a Better Life Together” from April 13th to 18th. This year’s expo is expected to be an extravagant affair with more than 3,000 brands from 59 countries and regions participating, showcasing high-quality goods and services from around the world.

The expo, which is one of the largest consumer boutique exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region, will feature an indoor exhibition area of 128,000 square meters, as well as maritime exhibitions. With 57 Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders set to participate, the expo is expected to attract over 55,000 buyers and professional visitors.

Among the highlights of this year’s expo is the participation of 84 domestic and foreign brands making their debut, covering categories such as advanced medical equipment and electronic technology. Countries like the United Kingdom, Mongolia, and Malaysia will organize groups to participate for the first time, with the aim of promoting their products and expanding their market presence in China.

In addition to the main venue at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, three sub-exhibition areas will be set up in Haikou, Qionghai, and other places, showcasing a variety of products and services including duty-free shopping, sailing and yachts, and international health consumption. This innovative approach aims to leverage the free trade port’s policies to create new consumption scenarios and highlights.

To ensure a smooth and successful expo, measures have been put in place to facilitate customs clearance, strengthen intellectual property protection, and provide high-quality services to exhibitors and visitors. The expo will also feature more than 300 theme activities and special events, including a new product launch event with nearly a hundred new products on display.

With the goal of creating a green and sustainable exhibition, environmentally friendly materials will be used in catering, logistics, and other aspects, while 100% green electricity will power the venues and facilities. More than 1,200 volunteers have been trained and are ready to provide visitors with excellent service and assistance throughout the expo.

Overall, the 4th China International Consumer Goods Expo promises to be a grand event that will not only showcase a wide range of products and services but also strengthen ties between countries, promote international trade, and foster innovation and cooperation in the consumer goods industry.
