Six million euros for the building of the former headquarters of the Bank of Italy

by admin

UDINE. The most important financial and image intervention of the Friuli Foundation in Udine concerns the so-called “Palazzetto”, that is the portion of the former Bank of Italy headquarters in via Gemona adjacent to the Palladian Antonini-Maseri, today a representative and seat of the rectorate of the University of Udine.

The urban redevelopment of this piece of the historic city center, which will be accessible to the public for the first time ever, was illustrated by the project manager Paola Veronese, who coordinates a team of professionals (architects, engineers, urban planners) who are following the recovery of the Udine building and the project for the Pordenone site, in the Pordenone painter’s Studiolo.
