A pure white winter kingdom, a paradise for skiers and snowboarders, Pyeongchang Phoenix Park. Adults over the age of 19 now have a reason to enjoy the snowy fields once more.

Pernod Ricard Korea’s ‘JAMESON Distillery on Tour’ pop-up store is a recreation of the Jameson Distillery in Dublin, Ireland. Jameson Tour is offering a differentiated experience at Phoenix Park, a representative resort in Pyeongchang, this winter season.

According to Pernod Ricard Korea on the 21st, this Jameson Tour is the third pop-up store following the Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, Seoul and the Go Out Camping Festival in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and will run until February 25th to enjoy the taste of a glass of Irish whiskey in a snowy field during the winter. It is attracting the attention of sports enthusiasts.

A ‘distillery tour program’ will be held where you can experience Jameson’s heritage, brand story, and product tasting. This program, which is directly conducted by Jameson brand ambassadors, has proven its completeness and immersion through the previous two ‘Distillery Tour Programs’ and has received positive reviews from whiskey enthusiasts.

There will also be a ‘cocktail class’ where you can make winter whiskey cocktails using Jameson. In addition to highballs, there are also seasonal, warm yuzu hot toddies that will stimulate the taste buds of adult visitors. In the ‘DIY Goods Zone’, there is also a space where visitors can customize small items such as beanies and gloves.

In the ‘Event Zone’, you can experience snow items from the sportive street brand ‘Volcom’ through the Jameson Yutnori game. In the ‘Bonfire Zone’ created in front of the pop-up store, you can enjoy a romantic Jameson cocktail while having a fire pit. In addition to the Jameson Tour pop-up area, you can enjoy Jameson in a variety of spaces and settings, including Rieto Bar, a cafe and lounge within Phoenix Park Resort.

Meanwhile, Phoenix Snow Park recently opened its slopes before the 2023-2024 ski season. With the opening of the intermediate slope ‘Valley’ on the 13th, all 17 slopes excluding the halfpipe were opened.

Phoenix Snow Park is located at the foot of Taegisan Mountain (1261m above sea level) in Gangwon-do, famous for its snowy mountains. Its strengths are its natural scenery, excellent snow quality, and accessibility. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from the metropolitan area to Pyeongchang, where the snow park is located.

This season, the convenience of skiers has been further enhanced. Smart gates minimize waiting time and an all-day pass is introduced, allowing you to enjoy a variety of slopes comfortably and thrillingly without worrying about time.

A variety of gourmet dishes are also available. At the aforementioned Rieto Bar, the Irish Whiskey Jameson pop-up store, ‘Ondo’ restaurant where Korea’s top chefs offer a variety of delicacies, and ‘Wine Mariage’ in the hotel lounge are popular.
