It is the 110% Superbonus, the tax relief provided for by the Relaunch decree (legislative decree 34/2020, approved by the Conte II government), which consists of a 110% deduction of the expenses incurred starting from 1 July 2020 for the implementation of specific interventions aimed at energy efficiency and static consolidation or at reducing the seismic risk of buildings. According to data provided by Enea, at the end of April the total investments admitted to the 110% deduction amounted to 27.4 billion euros, with deductions to be paid by the State for over 30 billion at the end of the works.

The resounding rejection of Draghi: prices tripled. The protest of the Five Stars
The facilitation ended up at the center of a political confrontation, which resulted in yet another fibrillation of the government.
