With the start of the new year, Syllabus presents the new program dedicated to Open Governmentcreated in collaboration between Department of Public Service e Train within the project Opengov: methods and tools for open administration relating to a training cycle useful for transferring crucial skills to disseminate, incentivize and support the development of participatory decision-making processes, accountability principles and related practices.

Il new program is focused on theoretical models and operational tools for the design, implementation and evaluation of digital PA services for the provision of quality public services to citizens, made available by the Designers Italia initiative. The program includes two courses, one at an introductory level and one at an intermediate level; at the end of each course there is a skills test.

The introductory level course Learn about digital serviceslasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, is organized into a module and 9 teaching units, useful for presenting the theoretical framework of reference, the concept of “quality” of digital services and their evolution, the indicators that allow it to be evaluated, national technological infrastructures, and the design process for the development of quality digital services.

The intermediate level course Design and create quality digital serviceslasting 3 hours and 30 minutes, is organized into three modules and 21 teaching units, useful for illustrating methods and tools for analyzing the context and user experience, to support the involvement of stakeholders and service users in the process design, to organize the contents of a digital service, evaluate and monitor the main characteristics that PA digital services should have to be considered of quality: being simple to use, fair, inclusive and designed starting from the real needs of users.
