The Liaoning Pavilion Showcases High-Quality Publications at the 36th Beijing Book Ordering Fair

The 36th Beijing Book Ordering Fair kicked off on January 11 at the China International Exhibition Center, with the Liaoning Pavilion making a strong showing. The fair, which carries the theme “Strengthening Cultural Confidence and Creating New Glory in Publishing”, saw the participation of 22 publishing and distribution units from Liaoning province, showcasing more than 3,600 high-quality publications.

The Liaoning exhibition area, divided into themed books, traditional culture, and best-selling books, highlighted over 400 Liao edition quality books. Among the standout publications were “A Comprehensive Examination of the World Communication of Classic Marxist Documents” and “Salute to the Party Flag and Emblem”. These publications reflect Liaoning’s dedication to producing high-quality books that are both ideologically significant and artistically contemporary.

In addition to showcasing their award-winning books and digital publishing products, the Liaoning Pavilion also featured original literary masterpieces such as “Collection of Zhu Yong’s Writings” and Lei Feng-themed books, showing their commitment to meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the people with high-quality cultural supply.

During the fair, the Liaoning exhibition group organized 14 reading promotion activities, including documentary screenings and book launch ceremonies. One of the key events was the screening of “Going Home: Documentary of the Return of the Remains of the Chinese People’s Volunteer Army Martyrs in South Korea”, which sheds light on the little-known stories behind the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea.

The Liaoning Pavilion’s presence at the Beijing Book Ordering Fair underscores the province’s dedication to promoting high-quality publications and fostering cultural exchange and communication. This strong showing at the trade fair is a testament to the fruitful results of the high-quality development in Liaoning’s publishing industry.
