PORCIA. Marco Vivan, 62, from Porcia, the pilot of the Pioneer 300 who crashed in Codroipo immediately after take-off from the Al Casale airfield, is still hospitalized in the intensive care and resuscitation ward of Padua.

Vivan, a watch rep and experienced pilot, reported third-degree burns on 70 percent of her body. His passenger, Mauro Caporale, 40 years old from Porcia, director of the Prata branch of Crédit Agricole Friuladria, on the other hand, died in the burning plane.
