On the afternoon of Friday, January 26, a prosecutor delegated to the Supreme Court of Justice ordered the file of the investigation against deputy prosecutor Martha Janeth Manceraand which also houses the delegate prosecutor for territorial security, Luisa Fernanda Obando Guerrero.
The announcement was made through an official statement, where the entity stated that the necessary evidence was not found to support the participation of the officials in activities that benefit criminal organizations dedicated to arms and narcotics trafficking in Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca, and Magdalena Medio, during the years 2020 and 2022.

“A Prosecutor delegated to the Supreme Court of Justice, in exercise of the jurisdiction provided for in articles 32.8 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Decree Law 016 of 2014, archived the investigation that was being carried out against the Deputy Attorney General of the Nation, Martha Janeth Mancera, and the delegate for Territorial Security, Luisa Fernanda Obando Guerrero, for the alleged benefit granted to criminal structures dedicated to arms and narcotics trafficking in Buenaventura and Magdalena during 2020 and 2022,” said the Prosecutor’s Office.
