Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee Conveys and Studies General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Speech
On March 13, the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee Party Group held an enlarged meeting to convey and study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during the National Two Sessions and the spirit of the National Two Sessions. Chen Xiangqun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
The meeting highlighted the significance of this year’s National Two Sessions being held in the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and a critical year for achieving the goals and tasks of the “14th Five-Year Plan”. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speeches during the National Two Sessions provided fundamental guidance for overcoming challenges and promoting Chinese-style modernization.
The meeting emphasized the need to unify thoughts and actions to the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and the spirit of the National Two Sessions. Under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, officials were urged to perform their responsibilities and focus on implementation.
Furthermore, the meeting called for unswerving adherence to the party’s overall leadership and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China and Liaoning. The goal of creating the “six places” in the new era was emphasized, as well as the need to fully implement the comprehensive revitalization of the new era and break through the three-year action plan.
Officials were instructed to focus on high-quality legislation, efficient supervision, and high-level representation, boosting the entrepreneurial spirit of cadres and officers to contribute to winning the battle in the tough year ahead. The meeting ended with a call for officials to demonstrate great wisdom and strength in their roles.
