Presented at the 37th annual meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies and published in an online supplement to the journal Sleep, the study analyzed data from the Multi-Ethnic Atherosclerosis Sleep Study, which included over 1,750 participants over an average follow-up of seven years.
