There are 35 very good in the four high schools of the Paolo Diacono

CIVIDAL. Never so many excellences. In the four high schools annexed to the Convitto Nazionale Paolo Diacono, classical, scientific, linguistic and human sciences, they were record-breaking high school exams, which celebrate an unprecedented 100: out of a total of 122 candidates, there were even 35, of which 6 with honors.

In short, the troubled school year of the pandemic and distance learning did not affect the pupils’ performance.

Let’s start with the results of the two Cividalese institutes, classical and scientific high school: in the overall picture the fifth A of the classic stands out, where out of 12 members 7 have won the maximum score, 100/100; and it’s a pink list, with Chiara Bagolin, Sonia Bressan, Bianca De Paoli, Anna Marini, Rebecca Rosina, Gaia Simonetto and Susanna Tomasin. Then five super-students from the scientific high school, Martina Flaibani and Alam Aurka Tasnim in the VA and in VB Aloisa Bargilli Carugi, who was also awarded honors, Guglielmo Barbanti and Syria Cucit.

Rain of 100 also in the other two high schools, linguistic and human sciences, located in San Pietro al Natisone: 23, overall, the highest marks, with some praise (this will be accounted for in detail in a subsequent report).

Understandably, the leaders of the Paolo Diacono national boarding school are enthusiastic: “An extraordinary balance sheet”, comments the rector and school director Alberta Pettoello, highlighting how the results of the 2021 maturity stand out all the more considering the critical issues of a year marked by distance learning from inevitable difficulties, both logistical and emotional and psychological.

“Our kids – he concludes, expressing his compliments to all of them – have certainly given proof of remarkable abilities in learning, but also a demonstration of great ability to face the obstacles of life, a circumstance that makes me particularly proud and which gives added value to the brilliant scores obtained in the exam. A praise to the recent graduates and of course to the entire teaching staff, who followed them in the best possible way in a very complex phase, on several levels ». –
