Man on the loose after killing eight in Chicago suburbs

A killer on the loose has left a string of crime scenes in the Chicago suburbs, resulting in eight dead victims. Law enforcement says the suspect remains at large and should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

The victims were found in three separate locations, with one of the murders happening in Will County and seven others occurring in Joliet. The identity of the suspect remains unknown, and authorities have not established a motive for the killings. The suspect, however, is said to have known the victims.

The locations where the victims were discovered include two houses in Joliet and the Will County home, with police confirming that at least two separate shootings took place on Sunday afternoon. Authorities have released images of a red Toyota Camry seen at the crime scenes and have asked the public for cooperation in locating the suspect.

Substantive details such as the length of time the victims had been deceased and their relationship with the suspect have not been confirmed, but police have asked for citizen assistance in finding the whereabouts of the killer. They have warned that Jenzen Medina Boria, suspected of leading a gang, should not be approached and should be immediately reported to authorities.

Furthermore, some of the victims were found with gunshot wounds, leading police to believe that this is an armed and dangerous suspect. With a manhunt ongoing, Illinois residents are on edge as they await the capture of the perpetrator. Authorities have further stressed the need for collaboration in locating the suspect and bringing closure to the affected families.
