Rafa Pérez, Luis Campillo and Yader Romero, three of the former members of the vallenato music group ‘Kvrass’, met to announce through their social networks a tour that aims to remember their greatest hits.
‘Retaking History’ is the name of the musical tour that will be touring several cities in the country and that began on Saturday, April 6 in Cúcuta.
The artists came out on stage wearing the uniforms of the famous Mexican soap opera and musical group ‘RBD’, this as a nod to the controversial lawsuit filed by guacharaquero Kennel Yanci, former member of Kvrass, against Yader Romero.
THE DEMAND
In November of last year, Yader Romero, through a video on Instagram, maintained that his former teammate Kennel Yanci had sued him before the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce so that he would not continue using the Vallenato group’s brand to promote their events.
In his statement, Romero maintained that the businessmen who hired him to make presentations advertised him as an “ExKvrass” since he had belonged to that group and not another. “Obviously because I come from Kvrass, I don’t even come from Menudo, I don’t come from RBD, I come from Kvrass,” he said.
After these statements, the followers of the artist and his colleagues (Rafel Pérez, Luis Campillo and Luis Alfonso ‘Nene’ Carrascal) joked about the situation and left them messages on their social networks mentioning that they (the ex-Kvrass) were actually the ex-RBD. .
