Tongxiang Municipal Comprehensive Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau makes precise efforts to promote garbage classification to improve quality and efficiency

In order to deepen the classification and management of domestic waste and promote the law enforcement work of domestic waste classification, Tongxiang Municipal Comprehensive Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau pays close attention to the four links of domestic waste classification management, delivery, collection and transportation, and carries out special law enforcement actions for domestic waste in summer.

The first is to conduct detailed investigations and steadily promote the implementation of domestic waste classification. According to daily management, implement dynamic inspections, conduct random inspections on the classification of domestic waste in stores along the street, catering stores, fresh supermarkets, residential properties and other places, and check whether there are unclear classification labels, garbage classification collection containers are not set up as required, and garbage classification is not up to standard. Problems such as these were immediately pointed out, and they were ordered to rectify within a time limit, forcing units and individuals to classify them in strict accordance with the regulations. At present, a total of more than 680 fresh food catering units have been inspected, 15 notices of restriction change have been issued, and 3 cases have been filed for investigation.

The second is the joint logistics to comprehensively improve the level of domestic waste classification and management. Give full play to the advantages of the “city-ring linkage” mechanism, establish an information exchange group for sanitation workers and law enforcement team members, carry out joint law enforcement inspections in 26 communities in the main urban area, and file and investigate properties that fail to perform their duties of garbage classification and management, so as to ensure that garbage in residential areas in the main urban area is handled. Classified law enforcement guarantees full coverage, fast delivery of law enforcement clues, and effective law enforcement disposal. Since the launch of the “city ring linkage” mechanism, a total of 12 joint law enforcement actions have been carried out for garbage sorting into the community, and 85 copies of “A Letter to Property Service Enterprises” have been issued.

The third is to carry out both propaganda and education, focusing on strengthening the daily cultivation of household waste classification. Carry out extensive publicity on policies, regulations and law enforcement, set up a garbage sorting volunteer service team with female volunteers and party member volunteers as the main members, and enter the community, shops and other major places in the form of mobile classrooms to carry out face-to-face garbage sorting publicity work , to further promote the popularization of garbage classification knowledge, and guide the general public to correctly dispose of domestic garbage. At present, 4 legal campaigns on garbage classification have been carried out, and more than 1,600 publicity materials have been distributed.
