TREVISO. A 39-year-old motorist from Rimini was deprived of his driving license by the local Treviso police after he, in a state of intoxication, had traveled a few hundred meters on the external ring road, barely touching the impact with the flow of cars marching on the ring.
The incident happened last night. Stopped by a patrol on duty nearby, the man from Romagna was found with a blood alcohol concentration almost double the maximum allowed.
