Treviso – Two boys aged 14 and 18 drowned in the PIave while taking a bath. The two, born in Italy of Senegalese parents, together with some other friends had arrived in the afternoon on a small beach in Fagarè di San Biagio di Callalta (Treviso). The party took a bath in the river, but two of the boys disappeared under the water.

The comrades raised the alarm by triggering searches by the police, while the Suem 118 medical aid was put on early warning. A little later, the lifeless bodies of the two boys were identified further downstream, in Ponte di Piave: their names were Bop Sarign Fallou, born in Treviso in 2008 and Bop Sarigne Bassirou, also born in Treviso but in November 2003. The parents immigrated from Senegal many years ago and the family lives in San Biagio di Callalta ( TV). The bodies were brought to the morgue at the disposal of the judicial authorities. It was his father who had to go through the painful recognition procedure after he had already rushed to the place of the discovery
