Washington: Another American soldier was injured in Syria

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Another American soldier was wounded on Friday in the latest exchange of attacks between Iranian-backed forces and American forces in Syria, U.S. officials said.

This brings the number of American soldiers wounded in attacks on American forces in Syria to six, in addition to the killing of an American contractor.

Washington had said that its forces in Syria were attacked yesterday by an Iranian-made drone.
