Web Desk: In a meeting with Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that we must raise our voices together for the rights of Palestinians.
A one-on-one meeting was held between the two leaders at the Prime Minister’s House. On this occasion, discussions were held regarding the promotion of cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
Shahbaz Sharif, in a meeting with Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, praised the Iranian policy on the Israel-Palestine conflict and said that Iran took a strong stand on the Gaza issue.
He further said that since October 7, 35 thousand Muslims have been martyred and the United Nations and the Islamic world are silent. In this regard, we must raise our voices for the rights of Palestine together.
Shahbaz Sharif said that we have to expand business on our borders. We have got an opportunity to further strengthen our friendship, Iran was the first to recognize Pakistan after independence.
Iranian President Dr. Ibrahim Raisi thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for the warm welcome he received upon his arrival in Pakistan.
