In recent years, many companies around the world have begun to use artificial intelligence to select the personnel to be hired, with the aim of eliminating any prejudices and risks of discrimination from the choice. But according to technology experts, relying on an algorithm is not a solution, because the tools used tend to mimic human preconceptions.
