But according to technology experts, relying on an algorithm is not a solution, because the tools used tend to mimic human preconceptions.
The lack of inclusiveness in the teams of programmers and IT technicians, composed mainly of white men, is in fact reflected in the automatic selection mechanisms, penalizing women and LGBT + people or people belonging to minorities.
