The 15th Conference of the Parties to the Kunming Convention on Biological Diversity sets goals and clear paths for future global biodiversity conservation, which is of great significance. Xi Jinping pointed out that in order to strengthen the protection of biodiversity, China is accelerating the construction of a natural reserve system with national parks as the main body. The area is included in the national park system. In order to promote the achievement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, China will successively release key areas and industries carbon peaking implementation plans and a series of support and safeguard measures to build a carbon peaking and carbon neutral “1+N” policy system. China will continue to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure, vigorously develop renewable energy, and accelerate the planning and construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects in deserts, Gobi and desert areas.
