Attention is focused on the timing of the release of ‘The Fool of the End’, starring actor Yoo Ah-in, who is suspected of drug use.

On the 9th, Netflix drew a line regarding the release date of ‘The Fool of the End’, saying, “There is currently no set date.”

Earlier on this day, a media outlet reported that Netflix’s ‘Fool of the End’ will be released on April 26. As attention focused on this, Netflix said, “The release date has not been decided,” and “We will make an official statement as soon as it is decided.”

‘The Fool of the End’ is a work based on a novel by author Kotaro Isaka, and tells the story of a world in chaos with 200 days left until the collision between a sphere and an asteroid, and the people who live in the remaining time.

In particular, this work was one of Yoo Ah-in’s next works, but its release was postponed indefinitely due to Yoo Ah-in’s alleged drug use.

Meanwhile, Yoo Ah-in was indicted on charges of administering more than seven types of drugs, including propofol, marijuana, cocaine, ketamine, zolpidem, midazolam, and alprazolam, from September 2020 to March 2022.

At the third trial held on the 5th, Yoo Ah-in only admitted to some charges, such as smoking marijuana and taking propofol, as in the first and second trials, and denied charges such as instigating marijuana smoking, instructing the destruction of evidence, aiding and abetting violation of the Narcotic Drugs Control Act, and fleeing abroad. It was known.

Yoo Ah-in’s fourth trial will be held on May 14th.
