“Recently, some online media have exposed the so-called ‘(Sports) General Administration’s instructions: the national football leagues at all levels are temporarily suspended and plans are made’ and other news. The Chinese Football Association confirmed that the content of relevant articles including this news are fabricated. I will condemn this vile act of fabricating fake news out of thin air!” the Chinese Football Association said in a statement.
The Chinese Football Association said: “The professional leagues at all levels of the Chinese Football Association are making preparations in an orderly manner. I hope that friends who care about Chinese football will continue to support the normal progress of the professional leagues of the Chinese Football Association at all levels.”
