Sonia Galazzo from Mogliano Veneto wins the Cordenons stage of the Absolute beach volleyball championship on Sunday.

She played indoors with San Donà, then after the under 14 she went to Rome in Volleyrò Casal de ‘Pazzi, the most important Italian youth volleyball reality; and finally returned to Jesolo in the year of under 18, when Union Jesolo beat San Donà in the provincial final. Then he played in A2 in Caserta, Filottrano and then again in Caserta. Finally in B1 in Albese and last year in Offanengo. She is a setter. In 2019 he had a great beach volley season paired with Meniconi, but he was the victim of some injuries. Now he trains in Ravenna with his partner Sofia Balducci (who is from Ravenna) and that of Cordenons was their first important result matured together. Their path in Cordenons started immediately under an excellent star as they beat the number 1 of the ranking, Francesca Michieletto and Michela Lantignotti in the first match. Then they went straight to the semifinals, triumphing in the winning draw.
