Paris, 5 October 2021 – An error in typing on the navigator it cost elimination from French Cup at Tarbes, French sixth division team. The delay was 7 hours, and in the end the referee awarded the victory to the remaining opponents, the Vabres-l’Abbaye.
The mistake was minimal, on the keyboard, as the elimination came for a missing ‘s’. In fact, the coach with the team on board instead of going to Vabres-l’Abbayer, ended up in Vabre la Rodez.
But since on certain days there is no end to bad luck it also happened that the managers, made up against the error, turned the bus to return to the right destination but, first a cycling race has further increased the delay, and then a bridge too narrow for the bus forced the players to make the last kilometer to the racing stadium.
