Rome, 7 June 2021 – While the anti Covid Son speaks of one possible third dose and traces the goal of the vaccination campaign (80% of Italians immunized by September), Italy in yellow celebrates the curfew at midnight and others four Regions are in the white zone (now there are seven in all). The relaxation of the measures is welcomed with great enthusiasm everywhere, but for those who would like to celebrate as in the times of the pre-Coronavirus, there remains a prohibition that weighs: it is not yet possible dance in discos, which remain closed at least for the entire month of June even in the lowest risk range. However, it is possible to organize private parties at home (as well as ceremonial banquets), without limits of components but with green pass. The confirmation is inserted indirectly in the ordinance of June 4 by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, which incorporates the indications of the conference of the Regions.
It is precisely that of the return to night entertainment the last negotiation on the political table. In the next few hours, the Italian Union of dance clubs (Silb) will meet the undersecretary at the Ministry of Health Andrea Costa, while the managers of the ‘Ace Entertainment‘of Confindustria, they should meet Costa in the following days.

Discos, green passes and masks
“We propose to start again from July – explains Luciano Zanchi, president of Asso Entertainment – but it is clear that our work is the gathering. People come to the disco to socialize because they are places suitable for welcoming people so it is not possible to keep the mask on the track, where you dance and sweat. We are absolutely favorable to entry with green pass and tracking, so only people with antibodies or otherwise tested negative would enter the premises. This is why it would be impossible to make the use of the mask mandatory “.
The line of Maurizio Pasca, president of Silb, is more moderate: we can start again on the track even with the obligation of a mask, to remove it only at the bar counter or while drinking or eating at the table. Silb had also been the promoter of an experiment in two different discos in June, in Gallipoli and in Milan, to verify the conditions on the reopening of the sector. But this last request, which ended up on the table of the CTS, does not seem to have been scheduled yet.
Videos of the controversy
In all this, to spice up the debate on the stakes to be put to night entertainment are various videos published on social networks in which young people are seen dancing in bars and beaches, cheerfully assembled despite the prohibitions. But Assobalneari warns that it is isolated cases and that in general the rules are respected. The national manager Fabrizio Licordari underlines: “We are in solidarity with other companies that are still closed and willing to accept that you do not dance in the shores provided it is possible to do it in discos, which on this are interested in a specific activity for us instead only marginal. We don’t want there to be a war between the poor. ”
Weddings and wedding parties
The organization of weddings, baptisms, confirmations, birthdays and banquets following this type of ceremonies: for now only in the white area, from June 15th everywhere. And even in this case it will still be necessary to have the green pass.
Private parties: the rules
In lower risk areas it is allowed visit friends remaining within the same area, without time limits or in the number of people that move. In the yellow zone the limit is instead of four people in addition to minor children or people with disabilities.
It is almost certain that the ‘white’ rules will be the same for the whole country from 21 June (with the exception of Valle D’Aosta, which perhaps will wait another week) precisely by virtue of the data improvement trend in the country (here the data of the bulletin of 7 June).
