Defeated. But always in the lead, because Switzerland second in the ranking did not take advantage of it. The Italy of the mixed doubles in curling loses its unbeaten run at the world championship underway in Geneva, being defeated 7-4 by Sweden. Some percentage of performance lower than usual for the duo formed by Stefania Constantini and Sebastiano Arman, trained by the Auronzana Violetta Caldart. Thus comes a knockout that, after all, could also be budgeted, given the strength of the Scandinavian national team.

It remains open to the first three positions of the group, which are respectively valid either direct access to the semifinal (first) or the playoffs crossed with the other group (second and third). Tomorrow is a key day, with the challenges in Switzerland and Norway, two direct pursuers.
