And it is a real shame to learn that, in all likelihood, such a fit Fontana will not be able to participate in the World Crossing Championships at the end of the month in Fayetteville, United States. The reason? Diverging health protocols. The son of art had taken Covid last May and, as required by the Italian rules (Green pass and Green pass strengthened), had undergone six months later – in December – the first injection of the vaccine. To enter the United States, however, you need a double dose.
