The roster of coach Ivo Machacka is enriched with a new pawn with the arrival of Olli Kaskinen. Born in 1999, Kaskinen can boast 73 appearances in LIGA, the Finnish top league, demonstrating his absolute quality. Olli has attracted the attention of Cortina and not only thanks to his technical qualities and his orderly hockey which are enriched by excellent skating and an absolute level of powerplay. Last season Kaskinen played in the U20 SM-sarja, the super competitive top youth league in Finland, then ranking as the fifth defender of the league by statistics and finishing the championship as the second for goals scored. The new player from Ampezzo was also part of the various youth national teams, playing 32 games and scoring 7 points. For Olli the call from Cortina arrived, a springboard to lay the foundations for his future and an opportunity that the young man immediately accepted.
