Giuseppe “Bepi” Pillon, born in 1956, boasts a good career as a player – in which he also wore the Juventus jerseys in the youth teams, Alessandria, Padua, Pordenone and Treviso – but above all a long curriculum as a coach. It all began in 1992 with Salvarosa. With the biancocelesti of the Marca that makes the leap in quality with three consecutive promotions from Serie D to B. A few years pass and Pillon makes a double miracle, in 2005 bringing Treviso to Serie A and in 2006 winning the Champions League with Chievo. The Preganziol coach then became one of the best-known faces in Serie B. Arrived in Trieste in November 2020, he was sacked three weeks before retiring, now Pillon is looking for a new adventure.
