Over the years Meo and Poz have taught all of us coaches the importance of giving young people the possibility of making mistakes. It is clear that we must make as little mistakes as possible, but we must not have the haste to be perfect right away. Only by making a mistake can you grow. A young team cannot grow if it does not make mistakes, we must not be afraid of mistakes. We must be good at giving young people time to learn ».
