Net baseball is a confrontational collective ball game played on a field the size of a standard football field. Since the popularity of baseball in the country is not very high, how to teach the technical movements of baseball to students in an easy-to-understand way is what Wang Haisu thinks. So she invited He Yifan and Han Che, two tennis and baseball coaches to form a teaching team to discuss teaching plans together so that students could master the essentials of technical movements step by step. Tennis baseball differs between boys and girls in equipment and training methods. Therefore, the teaching team optimized the teaching plan and strengthened the training of basic movements and physical fitness of students’ tennis.

Student Zhang Yuyang joined the Net Baseball Club in 2020. After participating in tennis and baseball, he met a lot of like-minded friends and learned how to win the game through teamwork. In his opinion, tennis baseball enriches his after-school life while also making himself more confident. “In tennis training, physical confrontation is unavoidable. This makes me pay attention to my physical fitness in addition to intense study. I feel that tennis also relaxes my body and mind, so I can better Invest in learning.”
