The calendars of the championships from Excellence to the Third category were published yesterday afternoon by the Lombardy Regional Committee and the Delegation of Pavia.
The start at 3.30 pm on Sunday 19 September and immediately a very heartfelt derby expected at the Fortunati stadium in Group A of Excellence between the hosts of Pavia and Vogherese. Home debuts also for the Pavese Academy, which in Sant’Alessio will host the Settimo Milanese, and for the Varzi who will receive the Vergiatese, one of the Varese teams aiming for a high-ranking tournament. «It is strange, certainly a surprise to see Pavia-Vogherese, a derby at the first of the championship – comments the Pavia coach Omar Albertini -. There is always anticipation for the seasonal debut, the first exit is always an unknown for everyone after August football, surely this derby will be one more reason to charge us to face it in the best possible way. And with the public that passed away last season and in September it could be a worthy corollary for a beautiful Sunday of football and we hope to celebrate by winning it…. ».

All the Pavia teams are included in group F of Promotion: same dates of Excellence for the first leg with the start on 19 September, a midweek shift on 8 December and the end on 19 December before the first leg resumes on 9 January to conclude, however, the return on April 24th. The “Pavese” group of the First category will be the O made up of 13 teams.
Conclusion of the first leg on 12 December and return scheduled from 9 January to 4 April. On the other hand, the Chignolese, located in the neighboring Lodi area, is included in group I (with 14 teams) of Prima. –
