Jiashan hockey player successfully entered the 17th Zhejiang Provincial Games

From June 9th to 12th, the 2022 Zhejiang Winter Ice and Snow Series Ice Hockey Competition, hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Bureau and undertaken by the Zhejiang Provincial Sports Competition Center and the Hangzhou Municipal Sports Bureau, was grandly held at the Hangzhou Century Star Ice Rink. It is reported that this game is a test match for the provincial games ice hockey competition, and it is set against the provincial games.

In order to drive more young people to the ice rink and tap outstanding ice and snow reserve talents, this event will set up two groups: U14 men’s and U12 men’s and women’s mixed groups, with a total of 12 teams from 5 cities including Hangzhou, Jiaxing, Ningbo, Wenzhou and Jinhua. Nearly 300 people participated in the team.

A total of 21 athletes from our county participated in this competition on behalf of Jiaxing. After fierce competition, the Jiaxing team won the runner-up in the U14 group and the runner-up in the U12 group. The Jiaxing second team won the fifth place in the U12 group and successfully entered the 17th Zhejiang Provincial Games.
