Milan, April 28, 2022 – Liverpool e Jurgen Klopp forward again together. The parties, as communicated by the Reds, have renewed the contract which expired in 2024. The former Borussia Dortmund coach, who has been coaching the English team since 2015, will remain overseas until 2026 and will thus have the opportunity to further enrich his board. Since he sits on the Liverpool bench, the German has won a Champions League, a Premier League, a European Super Cup, a Club World Cup and an English League Cup. This season the championship-Champions double could even arrive: in the Premier, with four days to go, Klopp’s team is only one point behind Manchester City leaders, while in Europe the final is a step after the 2-0 trimmed in the first leg match at Villarreal.
