Rimini, 20 May 2022 – He had bought her a ring, and he was ready to ask her to marry him. What was supposed to be a promise of marriage, however, has turned into a bloody afternoon. He is in prison ai ‘Casetti’ of Rimini the 54 year old Peruvian Maximo Aldana De La Cruz, self-confessed killer of his partner, the compatriot 46-year-old Noelia Rodriguez. A crime that took place on Thursday around 2 pm in the Ina Casa neighborhood (video). Maximo and Noelia they had a relationship that lasted about fifteen years in their country of origin, Peru (photo).
Last July, however, she had decided to come to Italy to look for work as a caregiver. They had hosted her in an apartment at number 101 in via Dario Campana daughter of Maximo, a 27 year old born of a previous relationship, and the man’s granddaughter. The latter, about forty days ago, had in turn arrived in Italy, with a tourist visa. His intention, most likely, was to rejoin Noelia.

But she seemed firmly determined to put an end to that love story. For this reason, last Wednesday he had taken the train and from Milan he had headed to Rimini. Then, on Thursday, the long-awaited meeting. Noelia once again reiterated her intention to end the love story. At that point the situation degenerated. The 54-year-old took up a kitchen knife and struck about twenty blows against the former partner.
The daughter 27-year-old tried to get in in between to save the woman from the fury of her assailant, but there was nothing to be done. Noelia died shortly after. The girl suffered minor injuries and has already been discharged from the hospital. Maximo was instead arrested by the Rimini mobile squad and is in prison at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
