Jayson Tatum recorded his first triple-double in the play-offs at TD Garden. He had 23 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds. Boston is out for revenge against Miami. The Heat defeated the Celtics in the conference finals last season. The second game will follow on Thursday, again in Boston.

The LA Clippers took the measure of Dallas thanks to a strong collective. Five players recorded double figures in points. For the Mavericks, it mainly had to come from Luka Doncic (33 points) and Kyrie Irving (31 points). Both teams will look each other in the eye again on Tuesday in LA.

Milwaukee won against Indiana without star player Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf injury). The Bucks could count on a strong Damian Lillard, who scored all 35 points in the first half to create a decisive gap. Pascal Siakam’s 36 points were not enough for the visitors. The second game is Wednesday, again at Milwaukee.

Finally, Oklahoma City, the best team in the Western Conference during the regular season, did not have an easy time against New Orleans, but won. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (28 pts) made the difference. The two teams will meet again on Thursday in Oklahoma.
