Neuman imitated fellow Elkov-Kasper team member Michael Boroš, who was second in the opening stage. Today, the six-time Czech cyclocross champion finished in the main field in 34th position in the same time as the winner and held second place in the overall standings behind the Dutchman Jordan Habets. He loses a single second to him. Neuman is sixth in the current classification.
