Palermo, 30 June 2022 – An elevator crashed from the fifth floor of a building in via Vincenzo Balistreri, in the Brancaccio district a Palermo. Inside were three people who were seriously injured. Firefighters and 118 personnel intervened. The causes of the accident are not yet clear. Investigate the police.
According to what is learned, two workers they were working on maintenance of the elevator when it crashed. In the cabin there was also a woman: the investigators are trying to understand why she was inside the elevator.
The three people were taken in red code to the Civico, Policlinico and Buccheri La Ferla hospitals. They have severe fractures. The police and firefighters are carrying out surveys to understand the causes of the accident.
