Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, where to see it on TV – Magazine

Rome, 1 June 2022 – In London, and throughout the United Kingdom, it is time for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. The celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the reign of the longest-lived sovereign in history begin on June 2 and go on for four days. And they can also be followed from Italy thanks to live television (and streaming). Thursday 2 June from 11 (Italian time) Real Time (digital terrestrial channel 31) will follow live the parade of the Crown troops (‘Trooping The Color’), who will parade up to the gates of Buckingham Palace. The event will end with the final greeting of the Royal Family from the balcony of the Palace (where Harry and Meghan will be missing but also Prince Andrew, involved in the Epstein-Giuffre case). On June 3 from 11.50 am (Italian time), again on Real Time, it will be the turn of the traditional celebratory mass for the Jubilee, with the direct arrival of the Royal Family and guests in St. Paul’s Cathedral and, subsequently, of the function. Both events will also be available in live streaming on the discovery + platform. The most anticipated event of all the Jubilee celebrations is the ‘Platinium Party’ scheduled for June 4th at Buckingham Palace. Famous artists from all over the world will perform during the party: Queen + Adam Lambert will open the show, and Diana Ross will close it with her first live performance in the UK. The ‘Platinium Party’ will be broadcast live on Sky channel 109 and on the Sky Arte channel starting at 9pm (Italian time). The Sky Uno channel will broadcast a rerun the following morning, Sunday 5 June at 8.50am. It will also be possible to follow the event in live streaming (or the episode in rerun) on the BBC One channel. Sunday 5 June on Raiuno, starting at 4 pm, it will be possible to follow …
