The sixteen-year-old won the Junior Silver finals and next season she will compete in the Gold category: “Too bad for the closure of the Pontebba ice rink, now she has to train in Slovenia”

UDINE. The Artistico Ghiaccio Pontebba has a new flagship. This is the sixteen year old Rachele Marcon who in recent days, in Turin, won the finals of the Junior Silver championship in figure skating, thus gaining the right to compete in the Gold category next season.

The Chiusaforte skater, on the rink since she was five years old and always trained by the Slovenian Anja Otovic, has made a qualitative leap this year and together with Fabiana Traverso and Ambra Malmassari, who compete in the top series, the Elite one, represents the future of the Pontebbano club.
