Salernitana tries to chart the way to go to overcome the impasse linked to the timeshare node and think about the next Serie A championship without any hassle. Yesterday in Rome, the grenade co-patron Claudio Lotito met with the pool of lawyers chosen to settle the corporate issue. In the presence of a lawyer and a jurist, the Roman entrepreneur listened to all the possibilities to allow Salernitana to participate for the third time in its history in the top national championship. The hypothesis that seems to be taking hold is that linked to the trust.
A solution that would allow Salernitana to be able to concentrate on the sporting issue without being bound by the deadline set by the FIGC for next 25 June. Both Lotito and Mezzaroma would thus split the management of the club from ownership, identifying a natural or legal person (a trustee) who can work and extend the time bracket for the sale of the company to six months. In this case, the hourglass linked to the sale of the club would have many more grains to eat, allowing Lotito and Mezzaroma to be able to broaden their research and set up the negotiation without the frantic ticking of the clock set by the Federal Council for next 25 June.
