MOTTA OF LIVENZA

Caorle is preparing to welcome the Motta Volleyball in the first season in Serie A2. The green-and-white lions will begin their preparation on 23 August directly in the city that will host the home matches in the next championship. The name of the coastal town, which has always been recognized as the little Motta by the sea, will appear on the official team uniforms and probably also on the jersey. The training sessions will be hosted at PalaMare Valter Vicentini while the whole team soul will stay about five kilometers away, in a residence in the Lido di Altanea hamlet, a very spartan area that offers no distractions of any kind in the winter months. Furthermore, Alessio Carraro will again lead the athletic training of HRK Motta di Livenza in the new adventure in the national A2 championship by Credem Banca.

Born in 1981, Carraro boasts a very respectable curriculum with experiences both in the national field (Sisley Treviso, Spes Conegliano, Silvolley, Invent Volley San Donà, Hrk Motta and Kioene Padova, just to name a few) and internationally (Galatasaray, Sofia, Targoviste as well as being a trainer of the Bulgarian Men’s Senior National Team) with top-level participations such as the World League, before the name change in Volley Nation League, European championship and world championship. After the new “yes” to HRK we contacted him to immediately feel his feelings. The technical staff of Pino Lorizio is completed by the inclusion of Paolo Mattia as assistant coach. Daniel Cornacchia in the meantime has joined the men’s Pordenone. –
