The first deadline is scheduled for June 30th and concerns those who – in general – benefit from the Superbonus in relation to work on single-family homes, for amateur sports associations and clubs and for the sismabonus purchases of 110 per cent.
Attention, because for the single family the last decree established a further (conditional) extension which remains clearly valid: the facility will be recognized for the expenses incurred up to 31 December, provided that as of September 30th they have been carried out you work for at least 30 percent of the overall intervention, with the possibility of considering also works not facilitated by the Superbonus.
Also for the Sismabonus purchases Further extensions have been established, but only for some cases.
Funds depleted
