2024 began for Salomon with the global launch of the new multi-channel communication campaign “Welcome Back to Earth” (info), designed to try to raise awareness among adult consumers, loyal to the Salomon brand, and the younger ones, a potential new audience, to reconnect with outdoor life. And in line with this strategy, Salomon has decided to give new and extraordinary impetus to the Salomon Running Italia Team, which due to the number of members and the diversification of activities in the area, in addition to the presence on the main digital channels, acts as a real incentive to sports practice , at any level, for many enthusiasts in Italy.Salomon Italia recalls how the Running Team is made up of people “like all of us”, who carry out competitive activity accompanied by a daily life made up of work, family and different routines, with an extraordinary passion and above all a great willpower in being able to coordinate all the commitments on the agenda and dedicate time to running; an ability to quickly adapt to the different stages of climbing and the different rhythms which, as in a real race, also make the difference in the energy and motivation within the team. A large project could not fail to find a place worthy of the pre-established objectives, so recently there was the official “baptism” in the enchanting setting of the hills of Susegana, in the province of Treviso, a place of excellence in Italian wine production. With meeting scheduled for Saturday, the Salomon Running Italia Team was involved in an interesting and engaging workshop on “sports performance” in the afternoon, held by mental coach Dr. Alberto Fistarollo, with focus on topics such as: “flow zone”, search for maximum performance, doping. Then, together with the Salomon staff, the team members were updated in an extensive “brand” session with specific focus on new products, on existing initiatives, above all on Salomon’s role as Premium Partner of the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Games, and on the year’s race calendar. On Sunday morning, however, the athletes and staff moved to the nearby and enchanting Foresteria Borgo Luce and there, until the early afternoon, various photo and video sessions took place, in action and in the “studio”.
