Ready to compete in a top second category championship, as the managers and supporters of Agliè Valle Sacra deserve.

The Alladiese club has restarted, for the third consecutive year, by the coach Vitaliano Giaquinto and in recent days has presented the new signings: the defenders Marco Borgato, formerly of Rivarolese, Vallorco and in the last season Castellamonte and Erik Marangone from the Bosconerese. In midfield came the midfielder Emanuele Lombardo, also from Bosconerese, while Fabio Fontana landed from Banchette Ivrea. Finally, also in attack, the sporting director Franco Mautino wanted to shore up the department. Thus it is worth noting the return, after three years, of the attacker Michael Celeste, last season engaged in 5-a-side football among the ranks of Castellamonte.

The defenders Luca Verlucca and Simone Arcesto will no longer be part of the Aglié Valle Sacra, as well as the midfielder Pietro Fadda, who have decided to hang up their boots, while the central defender Matteo Vironda has moved on to Vallorco, in the First category. Satisfied with the purchasing campaign made with great caution by the sports director Mautino, the coach Giaquinto explains: “I thank the president Alessandro Zaltieri and the various managers from Michela to Bertino and moving on to Diesse Mautino for having set up an even more competitive team than last year, despite a thousand difficulties. We will start training on Sunday 22 August – comments Giaquinto – and during the week we will carry out four training sessions. I am also very happy that also this year the hard core of the team has remained, this is a sign of great cohesion, compactness and desire to fight together for a goal, aspects also demonstrated during the Borgiallo tournament, with the entire team that took part in the demonstration. The championship will start on Sunday 19 September, a week before we will have the first round of the Piedmont Cup, so we will have to train with great intensity and face the friendly matches with the desire to grow: on Saturday 28 we will face the Bosconerese, on Wednesday 1 September the Vischese, two teams from Prima category and Sunday 5th we will be guests of the triangular of Vistrorio, with Vallorco and Valchiusella, First and Third category teams. Wednesday 8th we should then play with Strambinese, another First Class club ». –
